The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the picturesque old Swiss village of Zuoz. - the wheelchair accessible room was well-equipped with comfortable beds and a great selection of breads. - There is a restaurant called Klarerconda nearby where you can enjoy dinner.

The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and had a stunning view from the roof that looked out over the valley. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of fresh and tasty foods. The staff were friendly, helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.
All was good.

I had an enjoyable xmas stay in a charming, historic hotel with great breakfast options and spacious rooms. The hotel's location in the heart of town and near the train station made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel lacked in-room amenities and the noise from nearby bells could be disruptive early in the morning. the restaurant closed early on Sundays, limiting dining options for guests.

This hotel's position in a historic square is perfect for us. The location in this beautiful area of Switzerland is super. The staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms, though basic, have a cozy and appropriately "mountainy" feel to them.
The room price does not match the quality, which is a major setback.

The breakfast was good and there were many options available. the location was convenient to my business meetings and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel lacked any sort of charm or character and felt like a generic chain hotel. the walls were thin and I could clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

We had a fantastic stay in a charming historic hotel located in the heart of a stunning old Swiss village. Our room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the breakfast was tasty and included fresh bread. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from beginning to end. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the sleeping area and the convenient location in the center of the village.
The hotel could have provided more options for late dinner or room service.
